RaceFrame is a sports photography platform that allows athletes and spectators to browse, view, and download professional race photos. Photos are organised by event and are available for download after each covered race.

2. Acceptable Use

You may download photos for personal, non-commercial use only. By accessing RaceFrame, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any photos to third parties
• Use photos for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• Remove or alter any watermarks or copyright notices embedded in images
• Attempt to access, scrape, or harvest content in bulk via automated means
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

All photographs and other content on RaceFrame are the exclusive property of RaceFrame and its photographers, protected by copyright law. Downloading a photo grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view and print it for personal use. No ownership rights are transferred.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

RaceFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all events will be covered. Photo availability timelines (e.g. 48-hour turnaround) are targets, not guarantees.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RaceFrame after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any modifications.
